COST:  $18 per person
 
Menu: Sliced Beef Bordelaise with Red Wine DemiGlace, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli & Carrots, Salad, Rolls, Butter, Beverages & Dessert.
 
If you have a dietary concern, let me know so I can give you the catering department number at Holiday Inn Strongsville.
